Material:
- 100 grams of raw papaya, thinly sliced
- 50 grams of carrots, thinly sliced

- 1 large ripe lime
- 1 tomato
- 1 long bean
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar

How to Make Som Tum:
- Prepare a pestle and all ingredients. Grind the cayenne pepper and garlic together. Add sugar, long beans, and tomatoes. Stir gently until smooth.
- Squeeze the lemon and mix the water well with the fish sauce.
- Add sliced papaya, carrots, ebi, and peanuts to the lemon juice and fish sauce mixture. Mix well.
- Wait until the spices seep into the papaya and carrots. After that, serve.
